I agree that it is a minefield and should generate quite a bit of discussion as it is a huge topic.  Much more to come soon.

Oh, and welcome back to England to you.  Hope your stay in NYC was great, seems that way from what I&#039;ve read.  And glad you enjoyed Lombardi&#039;s.  Yes, they are more commercialized since adding the new section, but the pizza is just as delicious as ever.</description>

Such a minefield of a question. I have two specifics that I would like to know about. As a farrang can I buy a property? I don&#039;t think I can outright, but have heard about schemes where a lawyer buys 51% and holds it in trust for you. With you owning the other 49%.

How do I stay in the country? Tourist visas won&#039;t let me escape the cold winter months in Thailand.</description>
