Sawasdee! Welcome to Thailand Musings!

Thailand Musings I first went to Thailand in 1997 and immediately fell in love with the country. Thailand at that time to me was mysterious and exotic, full of potentials and pitfalls. Fast forward to 2010 and here I am after 13 years and many trips to the LOS sharing, with the help of my Thai wife Golf, my experiences and knowledge with you here at Thailand Musings. Thailand may have lost some mystery for me, but it is still exotic and wonderful and I will always remember that first feeling when I stepped out into the Bangkok smog for the first time. I have yet to learn everything about Thailand and thankfully for all of us Golf is here to correct me when I err.

News and Musings of the Past and Future

It was quite a busy week for me last week, but I am that much closer to unveiling the new look of Thailand Musings. You may have noticed some changes already in formatting and navigation because I’ve been working in the background to get everything ready for the change. And Golf and I took a trip to Atlantic City over the weekend. It was her first time to see the Atlantic Ocean and her first visit to a casino. Very exciting for her and she has promised to share her thoughts about it later this week. Also coming up this week is Golf’s recipe for Tandoori Chicken, so stay tuned for that, I can tell you it is fantastic!

Thanks for the nod. :) I am going to be very curious to see how your new site looks.

Oh, and I was very happy to hear about the arrest of Victor Blout.. and am glad Thailand was the country to finally get him. There have been other countries trying for a very long time to locate him.
